EOD Founding ED Jayda Batchelder honored with Parkland Community First Award

We are pleased to announce that EOD Founding Executive Director Jayda Batchelder has been spotlighted in the Dallas Morning News for receiving the Parkland Community First Award. As a Community First honoree, Jayda will participate in a series of events to better understand the history of Parkland and its impact in the community alongside 11 other community leaders, including Dallas Bowtie Benefit emcee Byron Sanders.

“It’s been our mission for more than 120 years to provide care for anyone in need, making our community a healthier place to live. We are delighted to recognize these 12 impressive leaders who have made an impact on countless others through their work in the community. They are truly making a difference,” said David E. Krause, president and chief executive officer, Parkland Foundation in the press release shared by i Stand for Parkland.
